After traveling for 20h total to play 9h of tournament I'm finally back home, I'm glad it was at least for a good performance. My goal was to use the reset to grind Tekken for 2026, but the deep run was a pleasant surprise. Next tournament is on jan 10 so I'll chill now 🙏

The solution is to keep getting better. At least that's what I did, I don't know how to stop now.

I was ready to give up on Reina but then the top tiers didn't hit right and didn't make me place better. With Reina I'm always discovering new shit(both bugs unfortunately but tech/strats) and I don't get that excitement on anyone else, so I just decided to power through in brackets with Reina again

Reina in Tekken is pretty cool. Might main her tbh...for the 100th time. I am cheeks with top tier characters😭

I got up at 4:30 am to get up and travel to get 50/50d in Tekken later in bracket but I'm trying to grind out EMEA Cup, the things you do to not pay for a hotel...

No matter the result I'm just trying to grind, I got some new bs up my sleeve when shi gets critical so we'll see.

Out in 25th at COTO after finally playing the game. Ofc no placement will feel very earned under these circumstances but I'm overall at least okay with how I played. Much work to be done for EMEA Cup and the LCQ.

I might be the first player in Tekken World Tour to win a master tournament pool without playing a single game. Top 64 winners side, 0 games played.

Off to Greece today for COTO and my last TWT event for this year, saving some money so my trip will be shorter. I've been mathematically eliminated from the race for any finals spot for a while, so I'm just going for the ride and to drag others down with me. :)

Almost every friend I got post highschool is one I've made because of gaming. Mostly a mix of friends from shooters, friends from fighting games and just people I shared a random videogame obsession with. That includes my partner who I got close with because of games so, I'd definitely say so yes.
