I.e., participating in Zwift can help people continue as an exerciser/cyclist but also add new identities as a βZwifterβ & specific Zwift team member

1. Zwift helped mid-life adults cope with changes and challenges associated with mid-life through the opportunity to socialise with others despite being physically alone.
2. Zwift could lead to 3 social identities.
