Good news: I had a great pole class today. Got my jasmine back on my left side, drilled inverts, A+ conditioning all around.

Bad news: Now I can't sleep because it was a "late" class and I am learning that I am not over my exercise induced insomnia, the sauna at the gym just counteracts it.
