It absolutly does. I worked stright up 20+ hours two days ago and was emotional mess yesterday and had 3 fights with my friend about potatoes being boiled the wrong way😭
I hate it but sometimes I just don't have a choice, have deadline, so just sit and zone in to have goddamn money for living

Well, it's possible, but it's not good in the long run. ADHD sometimes do this shit too me when I'm zoning in and doing full 16-20 hours work days, finishing 2-3 small illustrations or one big in one sitting and feel like shit for a week after that
Burns you out very fast, but possible sadly
