25.10.2024 00:00 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0So uhhhh yeah thats the end of the thread Team Kirby is dead WOMP WOMP this theory is bonkers hope you at least had fun reading it BYE
24.10.2024 15:46 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Oh and Team Kirby is probably dead. Rip.
24.10.2024 15:45 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0(From Syzekrom's Kirby Translation Masterpost on Tumblr) Kumazaki has also mentioned that Team Kirby Clash Deluxe was originally conceived with a deep backstory, which obviously is almost entirely absent from the game. I think this is that backstory. The Dream Kingdom was on Halcandra.
24.10.2024 15:45 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0You could say the exact same thing happened with the Master Crown and Gem Apple Tree in both dimensions. But again, Magolor is sent to the Dream Kingdom after ME despite the Dream Kingdom seemingly not being relevant to Halcandra, implying some sort of connection. It all lines up really well.
24.10.2024 15:41 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0And as mentioned previously, Magolor Epilogue shows that Halcandra suffered the exact same fate. The Master Crown took the Gem Apple tree and destroyed the entire planet (maybe dimension) and cast its ruins to the bottom of Another Dimension.
24.10.2024 15:41 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0You can see the remains of Castle Townβs fencing, buildings, the quest board, and even Magolorβs shop cart. In case there were any doubt this is in AD, another version of this stage exists with these weird things from RtD, and most Parallel bosses are fought here
24.10.2024 15:39 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Now itβs time to talk about the biggest contributor to this theory, Kirby Clashβs decisive battlefield. A stage first seen when fighting Landia EX that has the ruins of Castle Town within Another Dimension
24.10.2024 15:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Adversely, the Master Crown looks identical between Clash and the main dimension. Even Landia EXβs crown design was changed between RtD and its remake to match the Clash appearance. While design changes are frequent, this at least makes it seem like theyβre the same
24.10.2024 15:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0On top of that the Dimension Mirror, which is at least implied to have been made by someone considering its similar properties to the Master Crown (dark entity and dimension warping), is totally different in Clash than in the main dimension (Implying theyβre separate objects)
24.10.2024 15:37 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0You COULD argue Clashβs Landia is just a different version, but I think thatβs harder to argue for the Master Crown. Narratively itβd be kinda funky to have the Crown get exploded for good only for there to just be another one somewhere else considering how important it is
24.10.2024 15:36 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0But of course, this could just be one of the many planets the ancients traveled to during their time exploring the cosmos. Which is what I would say if it wasnβt for this guyβ¦ and that crown. What in the WORLD are Landia and THE MASTER CROWN doing in the Dream Kingdom?!
24.10.2024 15:36 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0As we know, Doomers particularly seek out energy spheres because of their space-time warping properties. These spheres are part of technology created by the ancients. If Greater Doomer is being lured to the Dream Kingdom by some energy, it must be the ancientβs tech
24.10.2024 15:35 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0On its own this evidence isnβt that convincing, but I have way more to show to strengthen these connections. Another boss in Kirby Clash should raise an eyebrow to people who noticed its first description mentioning strange energy, that being Greater Doomer
24.10.2024 15:35 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Elemental bosses have only appeared in Super Kirby Clash, which lines up pretty well with how Magolor Epilogue is capped off with a Clash tie-in. Given that the Dream Kingdom is a different version of Dream Land, if it was on Halcandra that would explain MEβs bosses
24.10.2024 15:34 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Jokes aside, looking at this from a lore perspective, there isnβt much of a reason given as to why these are different versions of Pop Starβs bosses. Obviously, enemies and mini bosses from Pop Star show up on Halcandra too, but the focus on elemental abilities is interesting
24.10.2024 15:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0In particular, the three elemental bosses are a little important to explaining the connection between the Dream Kingdom and Halcandra. These bosses are explained to have been born from elemental material in their dimensions. And thatβs it. Why are they Pop Starβs bosses? Um dev time duh
24.10.2024 15:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0That is what I hope to answer in this thread, alongside giving more weight to Kirby Clashβs admittedly barebones lore. A good place to start would be explaining how the Dream Kingdom could even be on Halcandra. Iβd like to start by talking about the bosses.
24.10.2024 15:32 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Now that thatβs out of the way, Iβd like to ask: βWhy does Magolor even get sent to the Dream Kingdom?β Like really, why? In the context of ME he just explored Halcandraβs remains and saw it blow up. Then suddenly, microtransactions. Whatβs the correlation? Keep this in mind
24.10.2024 15:32 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0As for the Dream Kingdom being in the past, luckily both Kirby Clash games start by stating this, alongside mentioning they take place in some far-off world. So that makes my job much easier (They also refer to this place in the past tense, weirdly enough. Probably a coincidence)
24.10.2024 15:31 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0To lay some groundwork, this theory basically hinges on the idea that the area Magolor explores in Magolor Epilogue is Halcandraβs remains, and that the Kirby Clash games take place in the past. I think most people agree on the first one given the Egg Engines buildings and gears
24.10.2024 15:30 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Bringing this from Twitter cause its peak. Kirby Theory Thread.
DREAM KINGDOM WAS ON HALCANDRA THEORY (Dreamcandra Theory)
This is a thread where I explain my theory that the Dream Kingdom was on Halcandra in the past, but now lies at the bottom of Another Dimension alongside most of the planet.
Is that a British internship or are you a blacksmith
