Merfolk is super fun in Premodern! Been playing casually on the side to refine this deck and I'm having a blast!

I just trophied with Legacy Merfolk! 🐠

This list felt amazing. Got some Hullbreacher snipe action and killed a saga with Harbinger. Hexcatcher was MVP for sure.

This is a rare moment in history where you can play the same deck competitively from Standard, Pioneer, Modern, to Legacy. All Kaito Dimir Tempo.

I have nothing in mind, but I want Modern to have the option to nuke a big problem if it exists instead of making us suffer for months or even a year.

Even monthly B&R announcements would be better.

I am once again hoping for Wizards R&D to unban emergency bans.

Reminder that card power level is very dependent on the format it’s played.

Funny thing is that her list is based on this 5-0 where I accidentally won with 3 Phantasmal Images sideboarded; they are sort of useless. So she impressively cashed with a 72 card deck.

Standard is maybe possible because this acts like a lord in a format where there aren’t many. (Sorry about the late reply, I just learned my notifications were turned off)

It’s the hero Modern deserves, but not the one we need right now.

You know, in some way I think the experimentation of all the new cards shoved into the twin decks are probably hurting it more than helping it. So in this case, maybe removing too many sacred cows removed the identity of the deck :P

Unbanning Splinter Twin was a mistake.

The illusion that it was the best Modern deck ever, unjustly imprisoned on the ban list, was better than unbanning it and ruining its legacy by being utterly unplayable.

I always get boba no sugar because the boba balls are more than sweet enough for me.
