Such argument and evidence would be contrary to law and irrelevant under Fed. R. Evid. 401 and 402. In addition, any potential probative value (which does not exist here) is substantially outweighed by the threat of confusing and misleading the jury, inevitable delay, and would be a waste of time and resources, and should be excluded under Fed. R. Evid. 403 regardless.
