In fact out of my top 6 favourite mons, only Espeon and Mimikyu have more than 1 illustration and poor Luxray has none 🥺

Fell down the Pokémon card rabbit hole again and decided I might want to get all the Ninetales cards I like and I am devastated to learn that in nearly 30 years Ninetales has only gotten 1 illustration rare and it is a fairly recent card 😭

Granted I think the best card I ever got was just Team Rocket's Dragonite so nothing insane but I can't even find half my cards to really know but I know they must be fucked up dude

Imagine if our parents/grandparents went as hard into Pokémon cards back in the day as they did beanie babies. Found a beanie baby I had with its tag still on since I wasn't allowed to take it off cause it was "going to be a collectable one day" but my old Pokémon cards are really scuffed up

Finally taken seriously after 10+ years of telling doctors my elbow and wrist pain is more than just tendonitis and had a specialist confirm that it is from cubital tunnel like I kept bringing up every time. Now we need to work to reverse the damage that a decade of mistreatment has caused 🥲

Randomly came across a shiny Bunneary and I was so excited cause I've been using a Lopunny in Z-A cause I love mega Lopunny's silly ripped leggings but the shiny is a male and I prefer Lopunny to be female so I'm once again being punished by the shiny Pokemon RNG gods
