Schlüsselakteur bleibt die #EVP. Sie entscheidet, ob Rechtsaußenparteien zu stabilen Mehrheiten werden oder das proeuropäische Zentrum hält. Ihre Strategie wird maßgeblich bestimmen, ob die #EU Kurs halten kann – oder politisch schleichend nach rechts außen kippt.

Auch im #Rat und #EUCO wächst der Einfluss: EKR-Regierungen wie Italien oder Belgien sind im inner circle, Orbán und Fico nutzen Vetos. Theoretisch würde mit einer Le Pen Regierung in Frankreich eine Blockademinderheit viel näher rücken; das Rechtsaußenlager bleibt aber noch stark fragmentiert

Beispiele wie das gemeinsame Abstimmungsverhalten von EVP und Rechtsaußen bei #Venezueala Resolution oder der #Entwaldungsverordnung zeigen die Bereitschaft der #EVP gezielte Mehrheiten mit rechts außen zu suchen; auch über eher symbolhafte Resolutionen hinaus im ordentlichen Gesetzgebungsverfahren

Im #EP wird rechts außen zunehmend integriert. EKR erhält Ausschussvorsitze & Vizepräsidentschaften, während PfE über Berichterstattungspositionen Einfluss ausweitet. Die Analyse des Abstimmungsverhaltens im letzten Jahr zeigt: EVP stimmt zu 72 % mit EKR, aber nur zu 43 % mit PfE und 23 % mit ESN.
