You can't control who buys you T-shirts, but you can control the factories you are sourcing from.

If a company is large enough to source from 11 factories but can't pay workers above the bare minimum, should they be called ethical, or has that term really lost all meaning.

Our T-shirt project is the way we build this alternative, empowering the trade unions we work with and making 'union-made' the genuine alternative to sweatshop labour.

The anti-sweatshop movement recognises strong trade unions and legally binding contracts as the solution to sweatshop labour. But the garment industry's response has been ineffective social audits and codes of conduct that do nothing to support workers' rights.
We're working to change that.
