But because of how insanely expensive it is, I have a beacon of hope. That once the corporations have hooked enough consumers - they will then heavily charge and restrict public use of them. It won't stop entirely - but a lot of the craze will be gone due to how unsustainable it is. (4/5)

Honestly, I wish genAI was just a casual tool for ideas and occasional silly media. Unfortunately, it's turned into a common tool to harass, waste peoples time, decieve and otherwise not pay artists who could really use the money. And not to mention the environmental impact. (3/5)

The beauty of art for me is self expression, not mass produced copies. It's a very hard pill to swallow that your work will end up in an img2img model at some point. The best tools we got now - is support for work made with hand, shaming surefire fakers and more importantly - ignoring. (2/5)

A long time ago for a college trial course, I was forced to collaborate on a large, still life piece...and could only start from paint, with no advice. I was supposed to draw part of a doll and it unintentionally came out phallic, with no time to fix. I tried not to die of embarrassment.

Rather then question why I feel easily upset before that time of the month, I've slowly come to accept that I tend to react out of line, even if not expressed. I don't like it, but I can't logic myself out of them. But it's better to be aware, right?

Trying to rationalise every piece of emotion you have sounds good on paper, but there's many other factors to think about. Irrationality is part of what makes someone human, whether it's good or bad.
