A lot has been written about the EU "waking up" after the Munich Security Conference.
A real test for EU nations' commitment to step in for 🇺🇦 will be if they seize russian central bank assets (most are held in 🇪🇺 jurisdictions) and hand them over to Ukraine.
The US can't block that move.
