Theatre casting in a nutshell:
Female: 40+ yrs of experience, 4.5 octave range, extensive dance training, regional and national recognition, no conflicts.
Considered for ensemble, ultimately not cast.
Male: Did a couple things in HS, claims to be a “mover”, didn’t actually audition.

I don't like this recent trend of healthy looking guys in their mid-30s getting hired as NFL head coaches. An NFL head coach should be at least 55 and look like he just fell out of a meat freezer.
