I am teaching some of the reignited Mainz Catholicon printing debates to German print history students, and I realized others might also be interested in using these debates as a way to teach analytical bibliography, print hist, etc... so I made a teaching resource!

If any other president in all of history said the military should use American cities as a training ground he would be removed from office that same day. The hardest thing to tolerate in all this is how relatively silent elected democrats are. It’s ridiculous.

I can’t believe how depressing it is to watch Trump crush norms, and institutions and to wonder if people are noticing.

There is no world in which it is normal for the president to publicly call upon his attorney general to hurry up and prosecute his political foes. It’s like the Watergate tapes but posted on social media. Let’s get a grip on what’s happening here.
