If you are concerned about egg prices, you should also be concerned about what is behind it. In the last 2 months, we are slowly taking the path of scenario 2 below. One
single mutation allows #H5N1 human-to-human transmission. Fewer eggs = a lot of #BirdFlu everywhere = more virus mutating.
