Beta Blissey with its unmodified palette

(2/2) -and Blissey inherited its palette. If this is true, It must have been removed very early into the reboot, as it is nowhere in the scratchpads for Gold & Silver. It would also imply that the devs scrapped Blissey for the seal, and changed their minds quickly after, scrapped it again.
