For this reason, I expect him to buck the party line for affinity/negative polarization reasons. I dunno if that will be foreign policy, but it'll be something. My guess is he's most likely to be a problem on issues related to race, civil rights, lgbtq stuff, etc

To spell this out a bit more: Platner has a short resume, is not closely tied to the Democratic party's core institutions & constituencies, seems negatively polarized against the ppl most freaked out by the Nazi tattoo, and has some level of affinity to crypto racist stuff.

Obviously nowhere near the most important issue right now, but this is 100% going to be how Platner will act if he gets elected. Or possibly worse.
