I usually love the races in games that are traditionally enemies, giving them emotion and stories and overall showing that they aren’t Evil.

We a ton of stuff with Pearl and Marina, and Captain Cuttlefish!
They are all so precious! 💚

The gameplay is constantly innovative and unique.

The music has to be one of the greatest in the series, with Ded F1sh honestly being one of my favorite characters

The story is amazing! Without spoilers:

I’m not saying the Splatoon 2 story mode is bad, far from it. But Octo Expansion creates a story that tells about the past lore, and expands stuff into a really cool direction!

The characters, both new and returning, all play their parts amazingly!

Id gladly give you a review for either! I already have the DLC preordered 😅

It’s been one of my most anticipated releases!!!!!!! Octo Expansion was what convinced me to get into Splatoon! And it quickly became one of my favorite stories of all time! If side order is even half as good I’ll be beyond happy 😊
