Sometimes I feel like I keep repeating the same visual details in my character designs and need to diversify but then I remember Monster High Object Heels

I also feel like there's a similar issue where authors and artists are afraid to depict women in general expressing big emotions or struggling with their mental health because they don't want to play into the "hysterical women" stereotype, but that just makes them feel flat and inhuman

A good example I see a lot is people clutching their pearls at any depiction in media of an Asian person in traditional clothing. Like yeah, white film directors have a track record of misappropriating Asian traditional dress but that doesn't make every depiction of a kimono or cheongsam racist

This is why you should catalog your collection if you collect things. If you don't enjoy making spreadsheets there's probably a cataloging website for the thing you collect

I think the worst kind of anti-racism is kneejerk anti-racism where people don't actually put more than two seconds of thought into why they are interpreting something the way they are

Instead of buying this game you should join the dev's server and spam yuri content and see how the people there respond 🙂
