okay that was so weird. my post about my ✨recent accomplishments✨ blew up and I was getting a lot of attention from accounts I’m super uncertain about. deleted it to soothe my anxiety that somehow my fan account would end up in the academia circle my GOD.

not yet a doctor!!! These are the exams that advance me to candidacy, so I still have to write the dissertation :) the dissertation is all that’s left, though!! Thank you!!

H:

1. If I had the coordination and dedication, I’d like to try gymnastics or ballet. I want to learn how to do a split!

2. I’ll buy out a candle shop if I’m left unattended. Lou enables me, but w/in reason.

3. I like to put on lip plumper & kiss L. He falls for it every time!

L:

1. I weirdly like taking the train. It’s good people-watching, and it makes me feel like I’m a part of something.

2. I’m getting better at cooking, and I love surprising H with a meal when he gets home from work!

3. I’m learning Italian (slowly but surely)

H: His patience — with me, with his students, with his career… it’s all out of deep care.

L: He gives so freely. A smile, a laugh, his heart, his creativity… the world is infinitely better with him in it, and he pours so much of himself into everything he does.

He’s tried, and he’s succeeded! It’s minimal in comparison, but I throw on a cleanser & moisturizer every night. I stick with it 1) bc it feels nice, & 2) we get to stand at the double vanity & get ready for bed together every night. It’s proper romantic.

I don’t think I’ll ever be a sportswear/casual-wear designer, but I love how L layers. He’s so good with accessories — sunglasses, hats, jackets, shoes. I think about that with my models. He also takes risks so willingly, & he’s teaching me to do even more of that in my designs!

If we’re talking actual perfumes, I love woody/spicy scents with a hint of gourmand. I also love fresh rain, cinnamon, and clean linen. But my fave is L’s deodorant. Idk why, but it’s even more comforting/attractive than when he wears cologne! It’s just home and familiarity :)

Is it cheesy to say my wedding looks? I did kind of wear that /for/ him. I like to steal his clothes, & he gets extra smug when I wear them to work. I love wearing a graphic tee of his under a blazer to the studio, & he loves when I come home in it!
