Could be a hardware issue if it's doing it this early. Bad memory can be scanned with memtest86 or with the built in windows memory diagnostic. Not familiar with tools for graphics cards besides running a heavy game or benchtest.

Cheapest fix is get some high quality silicone and a good cauk gun and squeeze silicone inbetween then work on covering the whole gap, then check on it yearly and address if needed. Of course make sure to not drip silicone onto on fur or materials.

Yep I agree with Ink dragon, it looks like they did a shoddy install over the shingles and the whole skylight should be under the shingles with proper taring. Only the row of shingles at the bottom should be under the skylight. It also looks maybe like it's not properly screwed down and is lifting

Also some electricians may not want to take the liability of fixing it, so want to do a replacement

I'm no electrician, but a few of those circuit breakers are needing replacement and some trimming of the end of the wires to cut out corrosion. The middle right 60 Amp? Has one melted terminal.

Glad I opted to get an Anker over this one, as I was debating it, but was always curious on the quality.

Coffee is easy to get, getting decent internet yeah, that is a different story. You can learn to make tasty coffee drinks and save yourself a lot of money too!
