Idkkk I wish it was easier to maintain multiple social medias but I'm not online enough for all that

I like egge a lot, I hope the devs are able to keep up with the influx and that it sticks bc it's by far my favorite social app since vent. I'll stay on here and huddle for now too but if there's enough people on egge and it does well that will be my new main app

Forgot to put 3/3 woops yeah that was the last post I'm still not used to making posts like threads

It's been an issue since I was a kid and I went to physical therapy for it being an issue in my hips but like what can I do at this point and I'm worried it could be causing other things too since connective tissue issues can also affect organs and stuff

I've had a random shoulder dislocation with relatively little movement and I'm pretty sure I have a hypermobility disorder (I've done that one test for it and I can do almost all of it) but I already do stabilizing exercises so I just don't know what else I can do to deal with it. (2)

I woke up in pain to a dislocated shoulder a couple days ago and it was stuck at an angle above my head. I managed to pop it back in and i was in tremendous pain and I still am having pain and instability in the shoulder from it but what I'm really worried about is this is the second time that (1/?
