Dad/Husband/Lefty: I bicycle for the love of riding. It's like flying on land. In general I don't follow everyone who follows me. I have rebuilt most of my follow's from that other place. Also snarky comments will get you an immediate block.

Bernie's new billionaire wealth tax would raise $4.4T from the super-rich over the next decade.

That's more than enough to reverse Trump's Medicaid cuts, raise teacher pay, make childcare affordable, and build millions of affordable homes.

And guess what? The super-rich will still be super rich.

Based on communications Wendt had with others through Facebook, he wanted to quit his job as Chief of Police, but he did not want to give up the ability to write law letters for his stores. He discussed stockpiling machine guns at his stores before he retired. The sale of machine guns could be quite lucrative. Wendt purchased Heckler & Koch MP7A2 machine guns for $2,080 each and sold two of them for $25,000 each. Wendt used the Adair Police Department as a third location for BW Outfitters. The advantage the police department had over his other two locations was that Wendt could purchase more than one of the same make and model machine gun. While the machine guns were registered to the police department, Wendt purchased them with his own funds. In his purchase law letters, he claimed that the machine guns were being purchased for official use and not for resale. Yet, within six months of receiving three MP7A2s in 2021, he resold two of them. Then Wendt turned around eight months later and wrote a purchase law letter for more MP7A2s to restock his inventory. In total, Wendt made a profit of $79,660 from the sale of machine guns registered to the Adair Police Department.

8th Cir., 2-1, holds that the federal prohibition on possession of a machine gun is unconstitutionally vague as to a police chief who took a department-owned machine gun to a community shoot.

(But upholds false statement to and fraud on ATF counts.)

I am a crazy fucker, but I'm not the one swerving all over the road.

This guy was staring at his phone. When we got to the red light, I told him to put the phone down before he kills someone. He told me he needed to check the map. I said "then pull over", he told me to fuck off and then floored it.

I've been in the law business for quite a while and I've never heard of something like this. I'm guessing someone didn't tell POTUS about dropping the appeal and when he found out he blew a gasket about looking weak. Gift link to NYT piece:

Also there was a period when Target hired good designers and produced nice stuff under their own brand for less money.

Encinitas to remove protected bike lane in front of San Dieguito Academy Community concerns over parking and traffic jams led the council to approve reconfiguring the bike lane.

Reasons to remove a bike lane

1. Drivers block emergency vehicles

2. Drivers don’t know how to park their car

3. Drivers make dangerous right turns in front of cyclists when they can’t block the bike lane.

OMG! Trump DOJ Lawyer HELD IN CONTEMPT After MAJOR VIOLATION
YouTube video by Katie Phang OMG! Trump DOJ Lawyer HELD IN CONTEMPT After MAJOR VIOLATION

For the first time in Trump Regime 2.0, a federal judge has held a DOJ lawyer in contempt of court for violating her orders.

My thoughts on why this should be recognized for its significance as the first step towards possibly throwing people in jail for noncompliance.

This is pretty hilarious. Retaliation *against* your attack really can't be the imminent threat that justifies your attack. I think the concept of linear time pretty much settles this question without the need for additional argument.
