Wade doch eigentlich darauf verweisen, wie wenig die deutsche Rspr selbst auf sicherer textlicher Grundlage steht.Wer Roe für Abweichg v Text kritisiert,kann kaum methodisch konsistent expansive Schutzpflichten nach dem GG verteidigen.
