LMAO— yes, poor “Claire” was saved by the skin of her teeth. Draco’s going to tell the story and warn EVERYBODY about baby hurting woman called “Claire”🤣🤣🤣

Looking back at her he saw how the piecing look really adorable and cute on her as she giggle in his hold.

He pecked Lyra’s forehead as she seemed to laugh away whatever pain she experienced earlier.

“You know daddy’s going to by you all the prettiest earrings in the world”

As they both exchanged gentle pecks, they both turned to watch Lyra sleep. Not before long she started to stirring and lifted her head, eyes open to them both.

She smiled at them both and giggle as she sat up in her father’s lap. He held her tightly pecking her forehead.

Draco huffed out then rested his forehead on Hermione’s “thats not enough— better be more of wherever that came from if you’re really sorry”

Hermione chuckled then pecked his lip “hmm you’ll just have to find out”.

“I could have avaded the woman there and then yet I would feel no remorse. If my daughter, my perfect, beautiful daughter ever cries like that again—“

Hermione perked up to stop his words with a heated kiss cupping his cheek “sorry, darling…I should have explained”.

Draco, give our daughter a little more credit. She’s made out of stronger stuff— I mean we’re her parents ” Hermione tipped up to kiss his neck in appeasement.

“When she cried like that Hermione, I thought my soul was going to be ripped out my body” Draco started.

Now an hour later, Lyra had been napping as she cried herself to sleep in Draco’s arms.

Hermione shuffled closer as she leaned on Draco’s arm “oh come on…she looks adorable”.

“What are you she wasn’t before. She was perfect before too” Draco grumbled out.

Draco’s own tears were flowing down his face as he muttered in her ear “yes yes my baby, its okay, daddys got you, mummys a right old evil bint isn’t she”.

Hermione tried to take Lyra off him but he snapped at her like a viper and she grimaced backing off.

This caused Lyra’s breath to hick as Hermione and the staff both looked pleased seemingly ignoring Lyra’s crying.

Draco went to comfort her instantly and stood rocking his crying baby. She continued crying the whole way home.

Before he could protest, the piercing was made in Lyra’s ear causing her to jump and let out a cry he hadn’t heard from his baby girl before.

“Hold her tight Draco” Hermione had told him and Draco was too shocked to refuse.

The second one went in.

Draco was hard pressed about ever seeing Hermione shopping in Claires but apparently it’s where her mum took her at 6 months old.

He was happy to oblige (since he didn’t know how it worked really) until the staff member bought a contraption that looked like gun to Lyra’s ear.
