I made Blinky back in October 5th, 2017 during high school. I was really into rubberhose cartoons thanks to Bendy and Cuphead, both of which were new at the time.

As you can see, I had yet to be any good at it. Blinky was more Sillyvision than Rubberhose, lol. 😂

The idea for Bully came to me in a dream about Blinky encountering what looked like Mickey Mouse’s Pluto with a humanoid body and a suit.

I think I forgot color his nose here... Either that or it was supposed to be white.

Bennane's entire name was an idea I kept on a sticky note over my bed. His design, especially his first one, was inspired by the monkey from the 1933 stop motion Peanut Vendor film.

Old Charlie and Bennane were ideas I’ve had since Blinky’s earliest days. However, they weren’t drawn until 2020, when I had more time to work on my own stuff.

The name “Penny” was given to her because of how it has the word “pen” in it, similar to how Blinky’s name has the word “ink” in it.

Penny originally wore a headband with a bow on top, but this was eventually changed to a headscarf, then eventually a boater hat like Binky’s.

I didn’t name Bugle until after his first redesign. His first name was “Bleep.” But I changed it sometime after posting about him since the sound he was named after wouldn’t really exist until the 50s.

He also looked more like the cuckoo bird from Flip the Frog's "The Cuckoo Murder Case" for a bit.

You already know Blinky's backstory, now let me tell you about the others!

Because I don’t remember when I drew Bugle, I decided to make it so in-universe, nobody knows when Bugle’s Birthday is, not even Bugle himself.
