Definitely gotta work on in-betweens and smoothing the whole thing out.

Just decided to switch over from GMS2 LTS to the monthly build and the code broke. Now I gotta make the whole game again from scratch. FML

Moreover, I have just gradually been losing interest in gamedev, wanting to focus a bit more on other passions like art and sound design.
That being said I am starting to gain interest in gamedev again, so I might start again once I get the time and motivation to do so.

Progress update on VAGABOUND:
I've managed to add a functional health system with healing, ways to increase your max health, contact damage from enemies, death and even iframes.
I've also finally managed to add a functioning HUD after a week of trial and error.

With this, I mainly plan on using static cameras for the smaller RPG-esque segments and a dynamic camera that follows the player for combat encounters in big arenas.

The camera controller I made for VAGABOUND is surprisingly versatile; it can switch between static, shifting cameras and a player-following camera surprisingly smoothly.
