While we're talking about First Contact, can we talk about this clearly made in 3D 5th Ship that wasn't in the movie?

IIrc not all of the card art sprites existed as 3D models.

And somehow it's made more money than the entire Star Trek Film Franchise.

I don't think I bothered extracting anymore from the game because STO had the same ships in better quality imho.

I do have an unextracted archive on my PC that I did manage to pull a Scimitar from not too long ago, but I can't remember the process I used to get stuff.

My personal favourite of the 3 weirdly similar Klingon ships, the Qoj, the Shenzhou, A weirdly decent and only place I've ever seen it Bajoran Transport (with nacelles) and the Foolishily named D-7 "Sech" class from Disco S1. There's a few more I have but haven't got built (Discovery itself is one)

Here's one of the first instances of the DSC Enterprise you could get iirc, the weirdest Klingon ship Jejha, Sacophagus Ship and the Intrepid from ENT. I also have a D-5 from Ent but for some reason it has no UV map.

So here's some of the extracted ships I have from Adversaries. The Veqlargh, Warp Delta (Game calls it the Ganges Class), Thapqa, and a kinda jank Sovereign tbh.

For me it was the big latinum thing that was like "Kill 700 enemies OR spend £90" so I spent the better part of a week getting 700 kills only to be told "great, now you ALSO have to spend £90!"

I damned near threw my phone so hard against the wall it contact ignited.

I spent a frantic week playing that game until I encountered a mechanic so deviously fucked I swore it off and will gladly punch the faces in til bloody the devs of if I ever see them.

The ones I did extract DID happen to be the rarer ones that no one else had, the disco Klingon shios especially. I'll share pics of them later today/tomorrow when I find the files.

It's what I want from a dreadnaught return. If it's not there, then it's not the dreadnaught I remember and therefore not a return. It looks like to me they retconned the aesthetic to match savathuns throne world.

Here's my plan, I will load up heresy on day 1, do the opening guff, load up the explore node on the dreadnought and if I can't get to the hanger bay environment with the crashed cabal ship, I will turn the game off and continue to not play it.

Honestly, it looks better that way.

I dunno, something tells me this is just a pipe dream because it always has been. LEGO IS Star Wars. I can't imagine Lucasfilm or Paramount being happy they're now Star Trek, but then they did share JJ Abrams so...

If I had to rank the Season finales of Lower Decks, I'd probably go 2, 3, 1, 4, 5. 5's isn't bad, it just wasn't as pure a story as the rest imho, it introduced some concepts I disagree with in principle (as in, the Cerritos is an old/bad ship. There was no hint of this being true until 3 eps ago).

I freaking adored that finale to Lower Decks. But you don't understand how much I want it to continue in some form still.

I don't think I can deal with only two more episodes of Lower Decks existing.
