Hey, Skyfriends. I’ve been in a writing cave. How’s everybody? I’m almost done with the WIP, and I’m at the part where I get sad and cry a little, so I think it’s almost done. I’m really excited about the cover, too. Here’s a little shot of my books hanging out on my beat up futon.

Somehow this month, I took a weird, obsessive turn into genealogy and therefore, history. Hopefully, it will all come together and make sense. I told myself I would absolutely not write another story set in the past, but perhaps I am researching book six? #writerslife #weirdturns

I just read I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter this summer, and I loved it!
