Lots of theories, it’s likely multiple people, could be CIA, noone really knows for sure. Who-ever it was they’re likely no longer with us, or they’ll never be known. None of the genesis wallets have ever moved. It’s very likely there will be a hard fork to address Quant, post that, Satoshi is moot.
