More than 20 other countries are competing in Vancouver and Whistler for the 2025 Invictus Games.
“Belanger calls Invictus a “giant safe space.” Her teammate, and Canada’s other co-captain Kiernan Underwood, considers the games transformational. “It’s almost like the most amped up group therapy that you have,” Underwood said.” #IG25 #InvictusGames #PrinceHarry

went for a walk by the sea this morning
there’s nothing quite like vancouver on a sunny day
the Squamish nation figure and dinosaur neck cranes along the skyline seemed to give sun salutations to the rising light

Got to capture a distinct moment with the #InvictusGames2025 medals that are stored in a traditional coast Salish bentwood box. And the medals themselves are cushioned and stored in a traditional woven “quarter bags”. They are stunning. Can’t wait to participate in a few medal ceremonies.
