like this is where I'm at right now - I have two of the Better Opportunities to do The Shit I've Dreamt Of As Job looming but it requires a lot of work and sometimes is spiritually brutalizing but appreciating the process and the work and knowing that it's necessary is how I keep going.

Beyond the question of "drive" I think an important part of this is Valuing Process. Like part of the shitty grind of trying to "make stuff" as your job is that the grindy, making part is also Part Of It and That's Good and if you don't see it that way you don't wanna make work you wanna have stuff.
