🚨Update on HB99🚨

The bill passed the Senate Judiciary Committee and now heads to the Senate floor. However, the committee made amendments that removed two of the six major reforms in the bill. The reforms that were removed would decrease malpractice premiums by an estimated 18.5%.

We are pleased to report that HB99 has passed the House Judiciary Committee 10-0 WITHOUT the unfriendly amendment from the House Health and Human Services Committee.
