You don't understand, but you start being scared for your dog. You love your dog.

Politicians on TV are now talking about how maybe we should restrict medical help for dogs.
You take your dog out for a walk. You notice people are looking at you weird sometimes.
You talk to other dog owners, they are experiencing the same thing.
