Stairs has now officially became final boss for me with this knee injuries. You win for today, knee...but i was able to take a lil stroll outside, so that's my lil win of the day!

While it's not summer related, i discovered, thanks to this heat wave that my skin needed much care from less chimical,found a really sweet soap that help my skin and to not use plastic loofa.

Healthy summer for me!

Well this was one hell of a scare! I have been able to regain my mobility with minimal pain today (compare to how painful it was earlier this week). A good reminder to stay healthy and take break from sitting at pc now. I hope your summer is doing well!

I think my knee is recovering slowly, i still have some mouvement i can't do. I also struggle sitting for too long it hurt my legs, so i end up in bed most day. If i recover, i'm def changing my lifestyle and alimentation. I think this was enough for me to take myself seriously.

This is terrifying how a simple incident like this make you re-evaluate your life. Loosing mobility is terifying. I always expected my hand would be the first i would loose. But not being able to stand and walk...it's ruining your life so much.

Hello everyone, i hope your summer is doing great. I'm currently struggling a lot atm. Messed up my knee badly recently and i'm struggling to walk on it. Hopefully it's nothing too serious. I will keep you all to date.

Hello dear familly. I would like to warn that due to health issues, i will be taking the month of august off. First thing that is happening is a dental extraction. this sadly prevent me from talking for a while. I am not graduating. it's legit a mental and physical break.

I'm not doing well at all today. This evening stream will be moved away onto thursday evening. I'm really sorry.

Early schedule for once! The only sudden change would be if my health or weather mess it up this time. See you all soon!
