Oddly enough, the OG gameboy might be the one console from the big brands I've never played on. Had a Sega Gamegear growing up, that bad boy could eat batteries, hot damn. Is your 3DS rooted? Never tried putting emulators on mine, always used an Android handheld like a GPD or Ayn Odin

3DS is an awesome handheld, haven't played on mine in a while. I have a 3DS emulator but its super annoying, only one screen so you have to switch back and forth to actually play the games

Phasmo is the best, definitely need a group of 3-4 to really get the full experience.

I wish I had the patience for them. I love co-op, especially co-op campaign like Gears of War or Far Cry 5, but anything competitive, like nah I only have so much patience for getting stomped by people better than me or racist teenagers.

Go camping for a few days to come back to an announced national guard deployment to my home town of Portland. The nasty girls bout to be really bored when they get there and realize there is fuck all going on. Enjoy Voodoo Donuts and the local cuisines that have quinoa for some fucking reason.

Patiently waiting for the Gears of War 2: Reloaded edition that may or may never come. I forgot how much fun GOW1 is, now need to get my older brother out to my house to split screen it like we did almost 20 years ago.

Hooked up my Steam Deck to my livingroom TV with an Anker USB-C hub/dongle + PS5 controller. It's a janky setup, but I'll be damned if it doesn't work great, now I can play some PS2 games via EmulationStation on the big screen, my cheap little NUC couldn't handle them.

In hindsight, taking a crack at the Dead Space remake 20 minutes before bed was not a great idea.

Appreciate the info. Do we have any idea if they're going to offer a single player option? I kinda get the impression the single player/multiplayer aspect is going to be similar to NMS, but instead of a galaxy, 1 giant planet. Definitely prefer the option to explore alone.

The most difficult choice in my life right now - my wife is out of town for a week, so I need to pick which game will consume my life while she's gone.

Just got back from SE Alaska near Ketchikan, too hot so fishing wasn't great, pulled this silvergray rockfish from about 430 feet, now he's in my freezer.
