Add alternate names to any object type. This means your notes on electroencephalogram can now be found as EEG if you add that alias. If this can save you some time and typos, we're happy!

The inbox now only shows tasks with no date and no status. Edit either property to get to Inbox 0. Great for GTD workflows. 🙏

Your graph views can now be customized to your preferences!

You can click on the slider icon in the graph view to hide objects of a certain type, always show the simplified graph or hide objects with many links. 💫

Our built-in context tab in the tasks dashboard groups all of your tasks by context so you can easily see everything you have going on, fully contextualized. 💡

Introducing contextualized task management! When you create a task within an existing object, that object will become the context for the task.

A task tab will be created in that object, where you can process related tasks. This way, you only see tasks in context; when and where you need them. ✨

Working on a project and want to create related tasks? Any task added to a project will automatically show up in the task tab. Completing those tasks will check off the task in he project object! This way, you can keep track of tasks related to projects in a simple and intuitive way.

Processing your tasks just became much easier with our intuitive built-in Kanban board. Drag and drop your tasks to change the status, and process as you go. When you check off a task, it will automatically be moved to the 'done' column! ✨

Task management just got simpler! Easily create a task anywhere within Capacities using our task modal. Tasks will also automatically show up on your daily note for the date you assigned them to ✅

💡 Tip: you can use our handy keyboard shortcut command+shift+T to activate the task modal anywhere
