A little doodle of mage I made last year. It was meant as a pose practice. I decided to post it, because I don't have any new works to share and it looks decent enough. March is approaching, so I thought it would be a good idea to resume my art practice, I have few books with exercises, I need to return to. Right now I'm reading a "Perspective Made Easy" by E. Norling. Because of this I won't post often, though my upload schedule isn't that great anyway.

Martin, A Game of Thrones I finished my fanart of Lyanna Stark a character from "A Song of Ice and Fire". Mostly done with acrylics I used black marker and colored pencils for the eyes. In fact this piece started as a greyscale pencil drawing, but I wanted to incorporate some color and decided to paint it over. I wanted this portrait to be faithful to the book, though I'm not sure if I got the character's age right. For the reference I used a vintage photo of a woman with her head tilted down, though I don't know how well it translated into my picture.
