Saw another DIFFERENT doctor today and all she can tell me is “this shouldn’t be possible”

No answers, not even next steps. Just more negative tests of what I know it isn’t, and scheduled imaging to try to see whats happening on the inside bc they don’t believe it

I’m tired of living in pain

I hate feeling vulnerable but I’ve found so much comfort in hearing other people share what’s really going on “behind the scenes”. To feel like I’m not alone in the struggle, maybe I can be that for someone else too 🧡

And yea, to be transparent, I like being able to use the bathroom independently. It’s a privilege I haven’t always had and I’m any bad day away from losing again.

So I’ll take comms to get those meds, even if it takes me longer to complete than some other artists

All income from my art rn is covering doctor and med costs and yea, it’s hard to keep up

I can work on comms on low-symptom days, but without that income I might not *have* the privilege of having low-symptom days, if I can’t afford the meds my body needs to function

majority of the time if an artist is trying to sell more work even though they have a backlog of incomplete work, it’s not because they don’t want to do the backlog of work. it’s probably more likely they’re trying to keep food on the table so they can actually work on the backlog without starving
