I took a break from all forms of social media and news outlets for over a week. It's helped my stress levels a lot and I'm going to continue to limit my exposure. My job is still breaking my mental health though, but hopefully it won't be too much longer at that place.

The good news is I booked an Airbnb for a small weekend getaway in NJ next month. I think that weekend I'll do a full digital detox too. No social media, no gaming, just my phone for texting/calling, and my camera. Autumnal beach walks and bird watching is much needed.

I am slowly entering a mental breakdown/burnout. It's becoming hard to get out of bed in the morning. I started playing Stardew Valley again a few weeks ago & now I'm finding little joy in doing that too. I can't bring myself to do simple tasks or keep up with anything. My head hurts & I want sleep.
