welp, I tried to keep it simple but I added one new detail and it exploded into a whole rework. its more detailed but hopefully less hard on the eyes with less saturated and narrower colors. used Smaugust to excuse motivation to complete my dragon-adjacent sona.

That's where I got it from! I drew "reverse grip scissors" a while back and felt like the idea came from somewhere, nutcrackers are such a good pull to embiggen for a fantasy weapon, about time someone put some life into the idea.
