Started Octopath Traveler recently. 20 hours in, got all characters with second jobs. So far, I've killed 2 pimps. Love this game!

More games need an actual post-game. The Witcher 3 didn't have a lot, but you could just keep playing without main story quest and NPCs in a post-game state. That was fine. I feel like the Zelda Wilds games needed this.

So I was fighting freaking King Ghidorah in TotK and I had it down to 10% but knocked it off its platform down to Gerudo Desert. I dive down to finish it or pick up the drops. The damn thing despawned!

After about 100 hours in Xenoblade 2 and not close to being done yet, I'm taking a break and going back to Tears of the Kingdom. I have one more Sage left. Maybe go on a in-game vacation.

Been awhile since I posted about XB2. So I have been working on Blade skills the last few days. I notice a lot of the monster slaying quests have been implemented as Blade Skill unlocks. Not a bad use of the quest type.

I am overlevelled i ln Xenoblade 2. My insistance to do side-quests, unlocking Blade skills, and engaging with Merc Missions is a big reason. So the battles take longer but I love doing combos.

Getting used to the mechanics of XB2. I don't mind the in-game gatcha. Although, I did get the DLC pack so I got a bunch of DLC stuff and, of course, Torna The Golden Country.

So done with Chapter 1 of XB2. What an opening chapter! I got a few minor gripes. The jump kills momentum. Your arts aren't ready to go when you start battle, but it's a different game from XB1. Liking it for the most part.

I loved how all the mechanics in XB1 played off each other. Combat, affinity, quests, arts, skills. It was all connected in some fashion.

Finished Xenoblade Future Connected. It was fine. Melia's arc finished. Riki adopted a war orphan. Shulk got new stuff and most importantly, the Ponspectors were there. That oddly was my favorite mechanic.

So I figured it out. THE way to play Xenoblade Future Connected is to either play Shulk or Melia with Nene and Kino, cause then you're a human character being followed by a lot of Nopons. I thought it was just going to be 3 Ponspectors, but no, it seems to be all that you find... for now.
