i think every platformer is improved by having the ability to go down fast on a whim.

anyways there's a reason the only aerial control (besides movement) i added in my own game is a stomp button.

there's a lot of small things in the movement that make it feel better. the fastfall/stomp button actually ups your aerial control so much it's wild. and being able to just run off a ledge and grab it instead of having to precisely place yourself is a godsend. square button MVP of this game.

definitely still don't think this is a *good* game because i don't think edmund mcmillen knows how to make good games but it's leagues more interesting (and tbh enjoyable) than meat boy was. for one, i feel like the levels were made for the character you play as, this time, so...

but who would grab. a rory?...

i can imagine it's exhausting, yeah. even two at once can be rough for us.

not gonna sic rory on anyone right now, but in the morning, perhaps. it is almost eepy time, for foxes.

it would've been a total shame not to add any of the couples' therapy paths in, anyways, we wanted that in the original path but ran out of space, aheh. very cute set of nodes that were super out of place in the meaner path anyways...

don't wanna let rory's hard work go completely to waste...

cleaned up and ported over some more of the nodes rory'd written for the other path, given that there's no real reason to split stuff up any more might as well.

i don't know if i personally intend to add more to the path right now and there's some stuff i'm -not- porting over intentionally, but.

it probably wouldn't be too too much work to add in some other stuff she already wrote but i am lazy and this is the only one we need right now.

ported over a node from the other path that we quickly reworked just a little to use in this one 'cause. rory really wants to have fun >o>;

i think if you give her VIP access it's okay if she does something slightly meaner to you~ within reason of course.
