The fact they went through mons I didn't exactly like and then ended up as one of my favs was A MASSIVE highlight of my playthrough, and something that has stuck with me since! Also their jogress was Omegamon which was very cool :]

Hagurumon had a strange line, they first became a BomberNanimon which. I wasn't thrilled about. But I wasn't going to let them die and I just kept training, then they became Meteormon and I was like, sure, whatever! Better than before, but I got a bit attached

And then...

They became Cherubimon :]

For me the mons I had on my main playthrough have a special spot in my heart, one was Wormmon -> Kabuterimon ->AlturKabuterimon[Blue] -> ChaosGallantmon (PEAK BTW.)

And the other mon was Hagurumon, who at first I was neutral but then the way they ended up as felt so weirdly sweet?

I think that's one of the massive appeals of the World formula anyways, the personal experience and journey you have with your mon, who you might've not chosen in the first place but stuck by your side?

The bond between you and your mons, and between your own mons being so strong that even after death they want to keep fighting alongside you and triggering evolution. It's just arghhhhhhh /chefs kiss/

Unrelated but I'm soooo Digimon brained, I want another game with the World formula. Thinking about Next Order's death ExE evolution mechanic and how good it is for having personal stories

Tomodachi Life letting you make enby Miis and letting them be aroace is a massive win for Maku :]

Last night I briefly checked out the Sonic X dub for the ending bit, I had forgotten how many lines were added & changed, which makes sense I hadn't watched the dub since I was like. Six I think???
