for us as a system it’s great but experiences across diff folks are variable!! we’ve been able to help bridge dissociative barriers and heal from a lot of trauma with it. honestly the dissociation from it gives a really nice pair of “earmuffs” and drowns out all the unnecessary stuff for us :3
