Don't think it's weird at all, different people have different boundaries! There are quite a few site settings to filter and turn such content off for your viewing to try and let you tune the site to what you're comfortable with

Certainly some plans revolving around expanding what's there already!

Gulpr already has a moderation team (Hi, I'm one of those mods!) and there are report functions for such cases. As mentioned, consent is king, and forcing someone to do something is against ToS and can result in action being taken against the account.

Good news! There are filters for exactly that, as even topics like digestion alone can be uncomfy for some people.

Also just going to note that I'm going to be doing my best to tag any #gulpr related posts with such from now on. This is still a personal account after all where I plan on posting art (got some more to upload soon™ 👀) and interacting with friends, so I want to make sure that's separated out!

Post-consumption, while the character slot is deleted, there are plans & discussions happening around a way to request staff to remove a trophy associated with your character from the pred's profile, in case of changes in relationships/comforts/etc.

Hope you don't mind me chiming in, but to elaborate a little bit, Perma has to be enabled specifically by the prey, and is asked at character creation. The toggle for "hardcore mode" also elicits a confirmation window to make sure people understand what it means.
