I don't know if any group has actually said they organised it, but I think arrests for malicious communications are a bit much. They didn't even trespass on castle grounds, but were in a room at a local hotel.

They arrested the Trump protesters who were projecting pictures of Trump and Epstein (and Prince Andrew) onto the wall of Windsor Castle for malicious communications, and I'm still dumbfounded.
