My Figment drawings have gotten the same treatment 🫠

Once it gets in the system, there’s no stopping it because then other departments reference other official merch with it on it, creating a feedback loop.

Eeeyup xD they’ve been using it for years now. I’ve gotten in touch with some of the Disney artists and sometimes it’s a genuine mistake… but since it’s now on a product of some kind, it’s even harder to stop now that it’s in the Disney machine.

Thanks so much! In the meantime, I've been drawing him more wild and cartooney. Part of me dares Disney to use my fanart now that he's so much more silly and off-model. XD

Yup, I’m aware! They’ve been doing it for years at this point. It’s on a lot of merch too. Disney owns Figment as a character, so there’s not much I can do. Thanks so much for the comment though! And I’m very glad this illustration has become so popular.
