Unloaded the woodfire kiln yesterday. Spent today cleaning up a few spots on some of the pieces, but overall really great results for my first wood fire! A lot of the mugs have a decent bit of crazing so I’m not sure I’ll sell them, but the bud vases are good to go! #handmade #potter #woodfire

First attempt making a damp box for leather hard pottery. Used potters plaster and a weatherproof storage bin from Costco. Making the plaster slab was easier than I expected after I figured out all the ratios/math. Going to let it cure for a week or so.
