Dinner indulgence. Sticky chicken wings (4 hours in slow oven; cola, onion, garlic, brown sugar, lemon juice, soy), salad (olive oil, lemon), & galaktoboureko (semolina custard, filo, syrup from wonderful Greek shop). When in Athens this was my #1 go-to dessert; they cooked them in big slabs

Eight slices of crusty bread on a sheet pan. The bread is topped with broccoli and a slice of cheese on top. It has been broiled until the cheese is starting to brown

We had vegetarian tonight: broccoli melts! Based on a Smitten Kitchen recipe but I changed it a little. You’re supposed to saute the broccoli with garlic and oil but we had some mojo de ajo to use up so I tossed it in that and roasted it in the oven. Turned out pretty great if I do say!

Finally made dinner tonight, since I got groceries yesterday. Used the wegmans bbq chicken marinade for the chicken, which is pretty good. 🍽️🍜

Tonight for dinner I made garlic butter cod fillets. Easy recipe, tasted great. ♥️

Pan seared salmon paired with a simple orzo on a bed of spinach and finished with tomatoes. Is there a name for this dish? Likely. Do I know it? No. Nevertheless delicious! 🍽️
